About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at Goldman Sachs. As a key member of our Corporate Planning & Management Division, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the ongoing development and maintenance of our Strategic Sourcing process, risk, and control components.
  • Act as a champion and primary point of contact for Strategic Sourcing across all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support on sourcing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with our Firmwide Third Party Risk and Control Framework and associated programs.
  • Engage with Risk Partners across the organization to review control requirements and drive resolution of Strategic Sourcing issues.
  • Manage internal and external examinations and engagements related to Strategic Sourcing.
  • Partner with Enterprise Vendor Relationship Owners and Divisional Vendor Risk Owners to equip them with skills, training, and awareness on their roles.
  • Support and lead aspects of our global TPRM program initiatives and priorities, working with global program and capability leads.
  • Manage incidents when they occur, complete post-mortems, and drive actions to closure with Sourcing leadership.
  • Champion and advocate for program maturity and development with key partners across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Post-Graduation degree, with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum five years' experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management, particularly in indirect spend with a preference for corporate services sourcing.
  • Strong technical, strategic, and project management skills, as well as a strong foundation in supply chain management, sourcing, and procurement.
