As a Sourcing Lead, you will be instrumental in formulating sourcing strategies and procedures that foster collaboration and enhance value for our initiatives. Collaborating closely with the Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be tasked with achieving project sourcing goals and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver market insights and cost guidance
  • Mentor and develop a team of sourcing experts
  • Manage the sourcing process for subcontractors, materials, and services
  • Build and sustain strong partnerships with suppliers and service providers

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in negotiation, legal considerations, and risk assessment
  • Proven experience in project sourcing and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated success in generating value through sourcing initiatives
