Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business sales opportunities and generating revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including private training providers and educational institutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market research
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-lasting partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ambitious and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success
