About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Matched. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new sales opportunities for our company by creating awareness, account prospecting, and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer pain points and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a Business Development or Sales Development role
  • Proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, processes, and tools
