Business Development Representative

At Net-Worx (2001) Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in driving business growth, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating sales conversations.

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential clients through calls and social media to spark interest in our solutions.
• Qualify leads and understand their needs to determine if they're a good fit for our products.
• Work closely with our sales team to develop effective prospecting strategies and campaigns.
• Keep track of your interactions and progress using our CRM software.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
• 1.5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a track record of success.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
• B2B / SaaS background experience.
• End-to-end / 360 sales experience - closing deals.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
