Training and Development

At SeeAbility, we fully support your training and development. You will start with an extensive Induction programme and throughout your probationary period you have face-to-face training, e-learning, and guidance to support you whilst in your new role.

Your continued development is important to us, therefore, SeeAbility offer the means to progress your career, your way. You will learn and have support in your role, and have the opportunity achieve professional qualifications - Care Certificate, QCF levels 2-5, which are funded by SeeAbility.
