Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Occupational Health Practitioner to join our team at Ad Warrior. As an Occupational Health Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting a healthy and safe work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards in the workplace.
  • Provide health and wellness programs and services to employees, including health screenings, fitness classes, and stress management workshops.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address health and safety concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents and near misses.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in occupational health and safety.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
