About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the competition car's performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the team during WRC events.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure the competition car meets the required technical specifications.
  • Mentor and lead a team of engineers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer with a strong background in motorsport or automotive engineering. You should have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems, as well as experience with data logging and analysis software.

You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with the design team and other stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar chassis engineering role in the motorsport industry is required. Knowledge of the latest manufacturing techniques and materials is also essential.
