Job Title: Product Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Implementation Manager to join our Data Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and supporting the delivery of multiple projects for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing software product implementation and support within the operational business
  • Developing, publishing, and scheduling reports (Power BI) as per business requirements
  • Proficient in inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and analyzing raw data to discover useful information, inform conclusions, and support effective decision-making
  • Responsible for designing and building scalable data models and enabling advanced analytic capabilities that provide meaningful business value through easy-to-comprehend data visualizations, all using a variety of software applications (using SQL, FileMaker, DAX, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver relevant insights based on identified business requirements
  • Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Knowledge in Microsoft stack - Excel, PowerBI Desktop and Online Service DAX Power M Query
  • Previous experience in roles associated with digital analytics, reporting, data quality or similar stream
  • Familiarity with secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure Cloud, SQL data warehouse, DevOps etc.
  • Familiarity with user support and associated systems (ticket systems) including how to manage workload, undertake custom reporting all to deliver excellent customer service
  • Eligibility for Government Security Clearance

Desirable:

Previously held UK SC ClearanceExperience within an IT Service support modelAwareness of Network and Infrastructure (Azure)Experience in using Microsoft applications (required)
