Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Land and New Homes Manager in West Cumbria. This exciting role will involve providing exceptional customer service, generating new instructions for Land and New Home developments, and managing the successful launch of New Home developments.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest level of service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for Land and New Home developments.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Client Service departments to launch New Home developments.
  • Secure Land and New Homes sales through effective prospecting and negotiation.
  • Prospect future opportunities with landowners and developers, driving business growth.
  • Deliver cross-selling opportunities within the company, increasing revenue and market share.
  • Work to the department business plan and objectives, contributing to the company's success.


Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Ambition to grow business and exceed targets.
  • Experience in a customer-facing sales environment, ideally in property or a related field.
  • Thorough and methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and face-to-face communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Able to work as part of a team and on your own, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Full, clean, UK driving license holder, with a good understanding of West Cumbria.
  • Property background or knowledge of the local market would be beneficial.
