Land and New Homes Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land and New Homes Director to join our team at Recruit Hospitality Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new instructions for Land and New Homes developments, managing the successful launch of New Home developments, and securing Land and New Homes sales.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new instructions for Land and New Home developments.
- Manage the successful launch of New Home developments, working closely with the Marketing and Client Service departments.
- Secure Land and New Homes sales.
- Full, clean, UK driving license holder.
- Good local knowledge (West Cumbria).
- Basic Salary: From: £26,000– To: (depends on experience).
- Car Allowance and Mileage.
- Individual financial incentives.
- Bonus holidays.
- Financial services advice and products.
- Team social events.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of the Land and New Homes market and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
