About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead small to medium-sized architectural and multi-discipline projects within the Government/Local Authority sector and Defence or Nuclear industries.
The ideal candidate will have good design and technical knowledge and skills, with experience of delivering projects from inception to completion, focusing on RIBA Stages 0 to 4.
While chartered status is not essential, the successful candidate will have several years of post-RIBA Pt 3 experience and be proficient in BIM level 2 (and beyond), including being a skilled Revit user.
The successful candidate will be able to work at a high level, employing a range of drawing, modelling and interpersonal skills to engage, influence and collaborate with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
We are keen to share best practice and develop members of our team, so the successful candidate will be involved in the development of junior staff or other colleagues.
The role requires 'SC' security clearance or the ability to apply for this level of clearance, and a Full UK driving licence is also necessary.
