Convenience Store Team Leader

Your Responsibilities
As a key player in our store, you will oversee all activities during your shift. Comprehensive training will empower you to lead your team effectively, manage resources, and ensure customer satisfaction.
In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will proactively plan shift schedules, monitor product availability, and anticipate peak times to guarantee that our customers have access to the products they need.
At the conclusion of each shift, you will conduct a detailed handover to the incoming Manager, ensuring seamless operations.
