Job Overview

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Community Nursing Team as a Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support staff in promoting a service that provides complex nursing care to patients in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality care to patients in the community.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a community healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
