Your Responsibilities
As a key leader during your shift, you will oversee all instore activities. Comprehensive training will empower you to guide your team, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction is consistently met.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will collaborate with a small team of managers to proactively plan for shift schedules, product availability, and peak times, ensuring that essential items are always accessible to our customers.

At the conclusion of each shift, you will conduct a detailed handover to the next Manager, ensuring seamless operations.

As a Customer and Trading Manager, you will have the flexibility to complete your full-time hours over four days.
