The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reward policy and processes, with experience in transformation projects, particularly in the financial sector. They will work closely with the Transformation Leads in Reward and HR to drive the project forward and ensure a seamless integration of the new HR system.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project managing the reward and benefits review, including supporting the integration of the new HR system.
  • Identifying and championing opportunities to automate reward operations, aligning them with the new HR system.
  • Developing and communicating reward and benefit processes to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with subject matter experts in HR and stakeholders to secure approval of design changes.
  • Managing ad-hoc projects to identify and develop solutions within reward and benefits.
  • Providing expert guidance to HR Business Partners and stakeholders on reward policies and procedures.
  • Building and maintaining a network of professional relationships to stay up-to-date with best practices in reward and benefits.

The successful candidate will work closely with the whole HR team and global stakeholders to align Compensation and Benefits policies and procedures, implement policy changes, and communicate these changes effectively.
