The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging corporate clients and large groups to utilize the new venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to all sales inquiries through various channels, ensuring bookings are secured with the appropriate offerings for each client.
  • Business Development: Actively pursue partnerships with corporations, non-profits, government entities, and other potential booking sources.
  • Effectively oversee and allocate sales team resources to guarantee timely responses to inquiries while maintaining ongoing business development efforts.
  • Keep in touch with past clients, sharing new promotions and inviting them for future events.
  • Proactively manage all digital listings and suggest additional opportunities for visibility as necessary.
  • Ensure the onsite team is well-informed about current promotions and events.

Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process
  • Significant practical experience in event management
