We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in East Sussex, Wadhurst. As an Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our client's medical team, ensuring smooth patient care and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately record Independent Consultant time to ensure appropriate invoicing controls.
- Organise diaries and patient appointments directly with patients and Consultants, striving to provide the best possible service.
- Consistently update CRM - ensuring all necessary reports and documents are uploaded in line with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Liaise with Inpatient and Therapy Services regarding admissions, discharges, and follow-up arrangements.
- Prioritise enquiries, issues, and callers to maintain the highest level of service at all times.
- Proven experience in providing administrative support, ideally within a healthcare setting but not essential.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
