About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Nurse at Diamond Dental. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chair-side support to dentists and hygienists, ensuring a seamless and efficient patient experience.
  • Assist with patient preparation, including taking medical histories and updating records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized surgery environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to anticipate patient needs and ensure timely preparation of equipment and materials.
  • Contribute to the efficient management of surgery stocks and supplies.
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls, making appointments, and processing patient payments.

Requirements

  • Qualified Dental Nurse with current GDC registration.
  • Proven experience working in private or NHS dental practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
