About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Professional to join our team at Oban Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chair-side support to our clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
  • Maximize the use of our internal systems to maintain accurate patient records and optimize practice efficiency.
  • Ensure the surgery is set up appropriately for each session, anticipating the requirements of our clinicians and patients to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Monitor surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels and undertake reception duties as required, including answering calls, making appointments, and collecting patient charges.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • GDC registration.
  • Experience working in private or NHS practices.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating the highest levels of patient care.
  • Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
