Dental Care Assistant

About the Role
Clyde Dental Ballieston is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Dental Nurse. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chair-side support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming environment for patients, setting them at ease from the outset.
- Maximize the use of our internal system to ensure accurate patient records are maintained.
- Ensure the surgery is set up appropriately for each session to optimize practice and surgery utilization.
- Anticipate the requirements of clinicians and patients, ensuring necessary lab work and equipment are in place.
- Monitor surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels.
- Undertake reception duties as required, including answering the telephone, making appointments, and collecting patient charges.
About You
- You must be GDC registered.
- You should have experience working in private or NHS practices.
- You should be willing to demonstrate the highest levels of patient care.
- You should possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- You should be enthusiastic and have an appetite to learn and develop new skills.
