Your Role at City Dental

As a Dental Nurse, you'll provide essential chair-side support in our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care. Your role is vital in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for patients while adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere for patients from the moment they arrive.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using our internal software system (Software of Excellence).
  • Prepare each surgery meticulously for each session, optimizing practice efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Anticipate the needs of both clinicians and patients, ensuring all necessary lab work and equipment are readily available.
  • Monitor surgical stock levels to guarantee adequate supplies.
  • Assist with reception duties as needed, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and processing patient payments.

About You:

  • GDC registration is preferred.
  • Sedation qualification is desirable.
  • Experience in both private and NHS dental practices is advantageous.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
