About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Professional to join our team at Diamond Dental. As a key member of our practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide chair-side support to our clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adhering to all clinical and health & safety guidelines.
  • Maximise the use of our internal system to maintain accurate patient records and ensure seamless communication between team members.
  • Anticipate the requirements of our clinicians and patients, ensuring that necessary lab work and equipment are in place to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor surgery stocks to maintain optimal levels and undertake reception duties as required, including answering the telephone and making appointments.

About You

  • You must be a qualified dental professional with GDC registration and experience working in private or NHS practices.
  • You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • You will be enthusiastic and committed to delivering the highest levels of patient care, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
