About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in our Linwood Paisley store. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Work effectively within a team, communicating openly with colleagues.
  • Be at work on time, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador.
