About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Arnold Clark in Paisley. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers find the right car based on their needs and preferences
  • Deliver outstanding 5-star service to every customer, going above and beyond to meet their expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Sell the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring a smooth customer experience
  • Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve deadlines and deliver on promises
  • Provide excellent aftersales service to customers, staying in touch to ensure their satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to be organised and remember the little details to deliver promises and exceed expectations
  • Desire for a lasting and fulfilling career
  • Full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
