Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior QA Testing Specialist, you will provide strategic guidance on testing methodologies, develop comprehensive test plans, and select appropriate testing tools. You will be responsible for orchestrating testing initiatives for extensive systems in both Graphical User Interface (GUI) and non-GUI environments. This includes executing systems integration tests, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Your role will involve collaborating with project leads and team members throughout the analysis, design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of systems.

Core Competencies:
- Proven experience in planning and executing testing strategies at a senior level.
- Familiarity with structured methodologies for application development and maintenance.
- Proficient in using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools and data query tools for test case development.
- Experience with automated testing tools and version control systems across various platforms.
- Skilled in executing functional and non-functional tests, as well as systems-level integration tests.
- Experience in supporting user acceptance testing and engaging in UAT activities.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, practices, tools, and methodologies.

Essential Skills:
- 8+ years of experience as a Software QA Tester.
- 5+ years of experience testing Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications.
- Familiarity with Oracle Siebel CRM application testing is a significant advantage.
- Experience in Siebel Test Automation and Adobe AEM testing is beneficial.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and PM methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Technical Proficiencies:
- Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the defect management lifecycle.
- Proven ability to document Test Cases and Test Execution Plans effectively.
- Familiarity with automation tools (GUI and API) is an asset.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data models is advantageous.

Public Sector Experience:
- Familiarity with Siebel modules related to Public Sector CRM, including Contracts and Lead Management, is a plus.
- Experience with Case Management systems would be beneficial.

MUST HAVES:
- 8 years of experience in Software QA Testing.
- 5 years of experience with COTS applications.
- Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM application testing is a strong asset.
