About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to fill the position of Receptionist and Administrator at Pennyfarthing Homes Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for a trainee or apprentice to develop their skills and progress in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly and courteous service to employees and customers as the first point of contact at our head office.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Support the construction department with administrative tasks as required.
  • Answer general office calls and greet visitors and direct deliveries.
  • Assist the Administration Manager with general administrative support, including scans, draft correspondence, research, reports, filing, and creation of improved processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
