Strategic Subscriptions Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Subscriptions Analytics Manager to join our team at Dmgmedia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

About the Role

The Strategic Subscriptions Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of subscriber analytics and insights across our newsbrands. This includes:

  • Developing and monitoring key subscriber health metrics, including subscriber price forecasting and modelling, retention / churn analysis, and subscriber file management.
  • Calculating and analysing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to understand the long-term profitability of identified subscriber segments.
  • Developing forecasting models to predict future churn rates based on historical data and traffic trends.
  • Designing and implementing targeted customer retention campaigns based on insights gained from data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and related tools/techniques, with experience in using machine learning tools and statistical techniques to produce solutions to problems. They will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with and without direction and deliver to deadline.
