Strategic Subscriptions Analytics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Subscriptions Analytics Manager to join our team at Dmgmedia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and subscriber retention through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a proven track record of success in subscriber retention and growth. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve subscriber retention and growth
  • Analyzing subscriber behavior and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted retention campaigns
  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and subscriber retention
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and subscriber retention
  • Strong expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, PowerQuery, SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft PowerBI
  • Experience working with cloud architectures and data modeling
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
