Position Overview:
Our client, Adecco, is in search of a dedicated and proactive individual to take on the role of Quality Assurance Manager. This position is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about enhancing and sustaining quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and coordination of the Quality Management Systems at the facility. Your primary objective will be to ensure adherence to all pertinent quality and regulatory standards.

Your essential duties will encompass:

  • Managing Quality Investigation Reports and deviations, along with the development and execution of CAPA plans.
  • Conducting regular assessments of quality-critical documents, systems, and procedures to identify and implement necessary modifications.
  • Maintaining and managing all quality-critical documentation, including Quality manuals, SOPs, Quality Policies, and Audit Reports.
  • Leading initiatives for process enhancements across the manufacturing site.
  • Serving as the leader of the internal audit team.
  • Supporting Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance operations in upholding quality standards and addressing any issues.
  • Assisting production in high-risk routine validation activities, such as sterile manufacturing and media fill.
  • Reviewing and approving audits related to housekeeping, fabrication, and glass.
  • Leading and facilitating external audits from clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitoring on-site temperature and ensuring that equipment, processes, and new products are validated and verified.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management within a regulated healthcare environment.
  • A strong understanding of regulations governing healthcare product development, including GMP, GDP, Medical Device, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • A willingness to share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a cleanroom setting and prior experience in team management are advantageous.
