We are proud to be working with a successful family-run business looking to recruit a Quality Control Coordinator into the Production team to assist with their continuous improvement and growth plans. You will be an integral part of the team, driving excellence and fostering customer feedback and engagement. This role would suit an experienced Quality Coordinator with a Production background.

Hours of work - 8.00-4.30 Mon - Thurs, Fri 7.30-4.00

Salary is £30-32k DOE, Benefits include a Company performance bonus, 21 days holidays, Pension, and monthly car washes

**OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE**
- Conducting regular quality checks on the production line, ensuring the product meets the customer brief and job specification
- Conducting investigations
- Logging complaints, handling customer complaints, providing solutions and follow-ups
- Gaining online Trust Pilot reviews
- Building trusted relationships with customers
- Liaising with colleagues - sales, production and management

**ABOUT YOU**
- Confident to stop production if quality standards are not being met
- Quality Control experience
- Fantastic interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
