Position Title:
Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Working Days: Monday to Saturday - 07:00 - 12:00 hours per week

We are seeking a Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all cleaning activities and related tasks performed by your team members.

Your duties will include supervising the cleaning of floors, communal spaces, staircases, and restrooms, along with other designated areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess training requirements on-site, deliver training sessions when feasible, and maintain accurate records of training completed.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies on-site, ensure stock levels are maintained, and place orders in accordance with the established budget.

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the cleaning industry or a related field.
  • Skills in staffing, scheduling, training, and basic human resources compliance.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • The capacity to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility in working hours.
  • Leadership qualities to guide a team and uphold high cleaning standards.
