About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our contact centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly and effectively communicate with customers both verbally and in writing, using strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active Listening: Attentively listen to customers and understand their needs and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve customer issues or complaints, using problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with difficult customers, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively with other agents and support teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
