We invite you to join the Europcar family as a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator, responsible for overseeing the logistics of vehicle delivery and collection for our clientele. This role is crucial to enhancing our customer experience, making it essential that these tasks are executed with efficiency and professionalism.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with our delivery and collection teams, who serve as the initial point of contact for our customers. You will also liaise with our central fleet department and local branches. Additionally, you may be tasked with delivering and collecting vehicles, making you the first representative of Europcar that customers encounter. Therefore, creating a positive first impression is paramount. A confident demeanor is equally important, as you may need to prepare vehicles for customers and conduct thorough handovers.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience is essential.
  • Must be reliable, adaptable, positive, and professional.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery and collection of vehicles to optimize service quality and minimize costs.
  • Source vehicles to fulfill customer bookings in collaboration with the central fleet team and local branches.
  • Ensure the precise completion of all vehicle documentation within the in-house rental system.
  • Organize necessary repairs and warranty work for vehicles.
  • Accurately complete daily fuel documentation and ensure that qualified staff receive fuel deliveries in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Identify and report potential new business opportunities.
