Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate within a compact, agile team dedicated to designing, implementing, and assessing functional learning initiatives, particularly within the Drivers Medical division. Your contributions will extend to the broader Operations Customer Service Directorate (OCSD), which encompasses a workforce of over 4,000 personnel.

As a key subject matter expert, this position presents a unique opportunity to advance your career in the Learning and Development sector. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learning experience for employees, leveraging digital solutions to innovate and improve operational practices.

Key Duties Include:

  • Creating and revising blended learning materials adhering to industry best practices.
  • Facilitating functional learning programs tailored to various business units.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to support staff in monitoring and enhancing learning outcomes.
  • Assessing and refining learning solutions using established evaluation frameworks.
  • Collaborating with leadership teams to facilitate developmental initiatives.
  • Partnering with business leaders to ensure learning solutions align with organizational needs.

Additional Information

This position is open to full-time, part-time, and job-sharing applicants. Full-time roles typically consist of 37 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available based on business requirements. Candidates with specific working preferences are encouraged to discuss these prior to application.

Some travel may be necessary, and you will be informed in advance regarding any requirements.
