Job Summary:

Vacancy Filler is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Business Support Team, you will play a crucial role in developing a supportive learning culture that enables everyone to thrive and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis to inform a comprehensive Training & Development Plan that aligns with the learning priorities of our department and ensures compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Support managers and staff members in developing focused plans to achieve training and development goals, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to grow and develop.
  • Monitor compliance of mandatory training requirements and provide guidance on best practices to ensure that all staff members are up-to-date with the latest training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sub-contractors, to support the training and development needs across our organization.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, guidance documents, and other resources to support the learning and development of our staff members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, demand-led, and professional training/learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address training needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of training and development principles, practices, and methodologies.
