Job Summary:

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to join our Modern Slavery Victim Care Contract Management Team (CMT). As a key member of the Business Support Team, you will play a vital role in developing a supportive learning culture that enables everyone to thrive and make their best contribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to inform a Training & Development Plan that reflects the learning priorities of the ATMS Department and MSVCC.
  • Support managers and staff members in developing focused plans to achieve training and development goals.
  • Monitor compliance of MSVCC mandatory training requirements and support the development of guidance documents.
  • Deliver training sessions within the MSVCC and work with various stakeholders, including sub-contractors, to support training and development needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, demand-led, and professional training/learning environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers and staff members to develop a supportive learning culture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop effective training plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders, including sub-contractors.
