Key Responsibilities- Operational Customer Service: Resolve customer service issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to build trust and rapport.
- Training Supplier Management: Plan and book external training suppliers to deliver requested training, including mandatory compliance training for Health and Safety areas.
- Quote and Training Outline Provision: Liaise with external suppliers to provide clients with competitive quotes and training outlines for all requested training.
- Invoicing and Shopping Cart Reconciliation: Reconcile invoicing and shopping carts to ensure accurate cost centre charging.
- Training Record Maintenance: Maintain training records of associates who attend training in the client's Learning Management System.
- Technology Familiarity: Good understanding of different technologies, including telephony.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Competent use of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel to create Pivot tables, V Look ups, and manipulate large data files.
- PowerBI Skills: Competent use of PowerBI.
