Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for initial assessments and induction sessions
  • Recruit, appoint, and manage the LSA team
  • Lead the induction, training, and professional development of LSAs
  • Ensure all learning support aligns with internal policies and external quality frameworks, such as Ofsted and Matrix standards
  • Monitor the impact of learning support on learner outcomes, such as attendance, retention, and achievement
  • Act as a Safeguarding Officer to ensure the safety and well-being of all learners

Requirements:

  • Experience in coordinating learning support services
  • Passion for supporting learners with additional needs
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
