The Role: EMEA Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing Finance team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries within the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and timely payment to employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws, tax requirements, and labor legislation applicable to each country within the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to implement payroll policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve complex payroll issues, escalating as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function, enhancing efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing payroll for multiple countries within the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of local payroll laws, tax regulations, and labor legislation.
  • Proficiency in payroll software systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
