Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at KMK HR Solutions. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and delivering payroll services across EMEA locations, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and deliver payroll services across EMEA locations and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the global payroll team on processing that relates to multiple regions, including bonus payroll and expatriate payroll processing.
  • Communicate new legislation impacting payroll, while managing compliance updates and employee communication as needed.
  • Prepare and submit all EMEA leavers and year-end tax documents.
  • Utilize HRIS (Workday) for accurate payroll processing, including creating reports and data auditing.
  • Oversee EMEA region for ongoing payroll transformation projects and implement enhancements around processes in HRIS.
  • Partner with the wider HR team on operational efficiency for areas related to payroll, including leader, global mobility, and benefits.
