Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Commercial Director/Manager, including handling correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Departmental Administration: Perform general departmental administration tasks, such as maintaining filing systems, databases, and other administrative tools.
- Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure effective communication and information flow.
- Cost Management: Monitor and manage departmental costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Document Processing: Process documents within set time frames, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
