Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff within the Imaging Department. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Imaging Department, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Imaging Department team to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
