Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the operational clinical management of MRI personnel, guiding the delivery of MRI services and acting as a deputy to the Imaging Operational Manager.
Candidates should possess extensive post-registration clinical experience, with a preference for those who have completed MRI postgraduate studies at the Master's level.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services as part of a professional MRI team.
- Ensuring an efficient MRI service while upholding exceptional patient care standards.
- Collaborating with Imaging Department modality leads to guarantee the provision of timely and appropriate diagnostic imaging services.
- Engaging with various staff members throughout the organization.
- Coordinating with external personnel involved in supplying equipment, materials, and services for diagnostic imaging.
- Assisting in the organization of staff rotations in collaboration with other modality leads, requiring both administrative and clinical time.
- Providing training and supervision for junior staff and students.
