We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director, ensuring the smooth operation of their office and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including coordinating meetings, managing their diary, and prioritizing their schedule.
- Manage office operations, including administrative tasks, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with experience of using software applications to manage diaries, emails, and other administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and discretion.
