Deputy General Manager – Prestigious 4 Deluxe Hotel in Cambridge

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Deputy General Manager at a renowned 160-bedroom 4* deluxe hotel in Cambridge. As a pivotal leader, you'll be responsible for orchestrating the day-to-day operations of the hotel, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic oversight of all hotel departments, ensuring excellence in every service provided.
  2. Mentorship and development of your team, shaping the future leaders of the hospitality industry.
  3. Effective communication and relationship-building at all levels, influencing the broader hotel strategy.
What We're Looking For:
  1. A natural leader with demonstrable experience in a Deputy General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within a large hotel environment.
  2. Passion for people management, staff development, and effective communication.
  3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, developing relationships and influencing hotel strategy.
