STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

  • Utilize our unique portfolio of premium beauty brands across all three categories.
  • Remain agile and seize new retail opportunities.
  • Make customer-centric decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily administrative management of key accounts, supporting senior management.
  • Assist in the organization of retailer promotions and activations.
  • Compile and analyze weekly sales data, providing performance insights to management.
  • Maintain retailer catalogs, including updates on product discontinuations and sales packages.
  • Ensure timely tracking of all launch elements and communicate updates to retailers.
  • Support the new store opening process, collaborating with management to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Review retailer orders for fulfillment and resolve any quota issues.
  • Manage retailer-specific execution of excess inventory and obsolete stock.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Under supervision, take on account management responsibilities for designated key accounts.
  • Develop, present, and implement strategies to meet retail and gross sales targets.
  • Secure orders for new product launches and events.
  • Communicate brand updates and news to retailers as directed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to enhance business collaboration.

PROFILE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to drive business performance.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to plan for contingencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for various audiences.
  • Team-oriented with the capacity to respond to rapidly changing demands.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
