Director of Analytics

Lyst is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to spearhead our data-driven initiatives. As Director of Analytics, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our analytics function, driving business growth through data insights, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing analytics team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring Lyst remains at the forefront of analytics innovation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior analytics role, preferably in e-commerce or technology sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Expertise in data modeling, experimentation, attribution, forecasting, and observability.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience driving change through analytics and data initiatives.
