Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Utilize a modern data stack, including Python, Azure, Databricks, and Fivetran, to conduct customer-driven analysis and produce actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models, including time-series forecasting, to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed data-driven insights into business operations and drive strategic decision making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data analytics, with a strong background in Python and Databricks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and commercially.
  • Mentoring and management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
