Data Analytics Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to lead our data science and analytics function within the Product department.

This role encompasses managing and developing a team of Data Analysts, including mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.

The Data Analytics Manager will use their expertise in data science and machine learning to contribute to key data projects, focusing on outlier detection, pattern recognition, and other advanced analytics tasks.

The successful candidate will work in tandem with relevant Product managers to understand their analytics and data science requirements.

The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of best practices around data governance and quality control within the data analyst team.

This role also involves championing a data-driven culture across the organization, empowering all departments with actionable insights to drive their strategies and objectives.

The Product team currently consists of 11 members, including Data Analysts, Product Managers, and a Designer.

The Data Analytics Manager will report to the VP of Platform Products and be responsible for managing at least three Data Analysts upon joining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the data science and analytics function within the Product department.
